A Comfortable house for you and your family

Rethymno Summer Villas, is a residence of two floors, ideal for an investment as a summer house. On the ground floor there is the open plan kitchen – dinner-living room area and the two bedrooms, one of which is en-suite as well as the guest room. On the first floor there is an en-suite bedroom and the terrace. For the design of the sleeping areas and especially for the guest room, obtaining privacy and autonomy had been a priority. That is why for the latter it was decided to be totally isolated and disconnected from the main body of the residence. Moreover, design wise the direct relationship between the interior and the exterior spaces played a really important role as it is an integral part of the Mediterranean lify style. This relationship was achieved through the overall circular layout around the water element and through the use of a big opening in the living area overlooking the swimming pool with its BBQ – dining area
