The design of the exterior area is focusing on the summer character of the house, placing the pool at the center of the layout and parallel to the living room so as to work as an extension of the latter, an effect that is enhanced by the use of large window openings.

It is a two floor residence of 3 bedrooms, beautifully placed in an existing olive grove. In more detail, the living areas of the ground floor consist of an open plan kitchen-dinner and a lounge area with main view to the beautiful adjacent surrounding nature and to the sea. The sleeping areas on this level include two bedrooms and there is also a bathroom and a storage area. An interior staircase leads you to the upper floor where there is the master en-suite bedroom from where you can access the terrace with the amazing view.
