A two storey residence in the Old Town of Rethymno. Action Team has designed and restorated this challenging project.
Summary
This house is located in the heart of Old Town of Rethymno. It is a two storey house of 75 sqm. Our team had undertaken the whole project from the initial design to the building approval and the total restoration.
First Floor
Fitted kitchen and open-plan living and dining area. The entrance to the first floor is from an internal ladder. The plaster was removed from the stone walls and the grouting was improved. New electricity and plumbing installation took place. A new guest bathroom was created so the upper floor keeps its privacy.
Second Floor
The internal staircase that leads to the second floor is made from metal and wood. In the second floor there is the bedroom with the main bathroom. The old stone walls were highlighted and new laminate floor was also placed.
A Luxurious House
The terrace offers the chance to to sit and relax whilst enjoying the warm air and the beautiful view.
