Contemporary architecture using overlapping geometrical volumes, that puts as a priority the coexisting relationship between the interior and the exterior spaces where the water element prevails.
It as a ground floor residence of 165 m2 consisting of three en suite bedrooms, an open plan kitchen, living and dining area. A large window glazing divides the interior living area from the exterior where in the latter there is a BBQ and a dining area both facing the swimming pool of 35 m2 and the surrounding natural gardens.
What distinguishes this project is the relationship that has been achieved between the water element and both the interior and exterior spaces. Living in this residence has been designed as an unobstructed flow where the boundaries between exterior and interior fades creating a perfect set with main protagonist the nature.
Comfort, luxury but also natural environment enhancement and integration are always a priority throughout the design process.
