Action Constructing consulted us on the location and plot to buy, proposed the design of the villa and took also care of the construction. - Carole and Urs, Switzerland - Our dream of an aesthetic house with a sea view on Crete began back in 2000, when we spent our honeymoon on Crete. Crete and its people captivated us and we returned again and again for many years. Every time we arrived on the island, it felt like coming home. So we decided to realise our dream and found the company Action Construction in Rethymno, which impressed us with its beautiful projects. When we met Manolis and George at the office in May 2018, we immediately felt their passion for architecture. The long search for the right plot of land then began. We received a lot of support from the Action Construction team. In the end, we found the property that felt right. The team carried out the necessary clarifications as well as the negotiations. Lily and George presented us Lily's initial design of the house, which exceeded our most ambitious expectations. During the further refinement of the plans, the selection of materials and fulfil our special requirements and high demands, Lily showed enormous patience and responded to all our wishes. Since April 2022, somewhat delayed by the pandemic, we are now very proud owners of a beautiful contemporary luxury villa of the highest quality and standards, a smart house with an impressive lighting concept and other high-tech amenities, almost inconspicuous, thanks to the great integration into the natural environment. The spectacular views of the sea and mountains from every room and the fully integrated infinity pool never fail to delight us. We are very grateful to Lily, George, Soula and Manolis and their team, as well as all the partners involved from Action Construction, for realising our dream.
